Tom entered the mortgage business in 1991 after a 30 year career with General Telephone Company of Southern California.    

Tom says “I learned from the very best. Clive told me that I would be successful if I always looked out for the welfare of my clients first and foremost. That principal has served me well”. The majority of Tom’s new clients are referred to him from existing clients who appreciate his approach to lending.

Tom truly enjoys the mortgage planning or strategizing part of what he does. For him, working with and advising first time homebuyers, young people, and people with complicated personal situations is the best part of the job.

Tom is currently licensed in both Washington and Oregon.
